MISSED DOSE: It is important to receive each scheduled dose of this medication as directed. Keep all your medical/lab appointments. If you miss a dose, contact your doctor to establish a new dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

STORAGE: Store in the refrigerator between 36-46 degrees F (2-8 degrees C) away from light and moisture. Do not freeze. Do not use the liquid if it has been frozen. Do not store at room temperature. Keep all medicines away from children and pets.Discard any unused liquid after opening the vial. Do not re-use the vial after opening. Do not save unused liquid for later use.Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so.
