Paroxetine Paxil, Paxil CR, Paxeva is a drug used to treat depression, OCD, PTSD, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and social anxiety disorder. Paroxetine is an SSRI and should not be taken with MAOIs, and some blood thinners. Common side effects include nausea, headache, anxiety, constipation, and more.
