Oxycodone (OxyContin, Roxicodone) is a narcotic pain-reliever prescribed for moderate to moderately severe pain. Side effects include lightheadedness, dizziness, sedation, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, constipation, and spasm of the ureter, which can lead to difficulty in urinating.
