OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly.

NOTES: This medication is prescribed for your current condition only. Do not use it for another infection or share it with someone else. Another infection later on may require a different medicine.

MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

STORAGE: Refrigerate the powder between 36 and 46 degrees F (2 to 8 degrees C). Protect from light. Powder may be stored for 90 days after initial opening. Discard any unused portion after 90 days. After mixing, the liquid form must be used immediately. Do not store it for later use.
