Patient Comments: Motion Sickness - Home Remedies

What home remedies have you found to be effective in treating motion sickness?

The best way to treat motion sickness in a car is to avoid doing what often causes it; looking out the side windows at the scenery whipping by. This causes an imperceptible to-and-fro movement of your eyeballs. Look, instead, out the front window. Keep your eyes on the road, like the driver. Drivers never get car sick.

I always have motion sickness especially in curvy roads and hills even I'm driving or not. The best thing for me to cure it is to take over the counter motion sickness pill 30 min to an hour before I travel to places I know I will have motion sickness.
