Patient Comments: Migraine Headache - SymptomsDo you experience an "aura" prior to your migraine headache?
Comment from: Minnie, 35-44 Female (Patient)

The aura is the sign that the big headache is around the corner. When I get an aura it feels like everything is out of focus. Then the headache sets in. My migraines are killing me. I get them four to five times a month. Was this comment helpful?Yes

I always get an aura, mostly inability to pronounce words and unable to speak for several minutes, plus flashing in one eye followed by headache. Rest in dark room and sleep help but always a frightening experience.
