GENERIC NAME: METHYLPREDNISOLONE-NEOMYCIN COMPOUND - TOPICAL (METH-ull-pred-NISS-oh-lone/nee-oh-MY-sin)
USES: This product is used to treat acne and certain other skin conditions. This product contains a corticosteroid called methylprednisolone (for swelling, redness, and itching) and an antibiotic called neomycin (for infection).
HOW TO USE: Clean and dry the affected area as directed. Apply a small amount of medicine and gently rub into the skin. Do not get this medicine in your eye(s). Generally this medicine is used in the morning and at night or as directed. Follow all instructions carefully and do not use this product more often or longer than prescribed; an increase in side effects could occur. Do not bandage, wrap or cover the area treated unless you are instructed to do so by your doctor.
