I notice that the size of my testis is somehow smaller than normal when I was about the age of 25, but due to lack of awareness and medical help I couldn't do anything. However after 2 years of marriage at the age of 30 there was no conception and I decided to seek medical help. My doctor referred me to testosterone level test and the result is 10.93nmol/L. I'm 56 and my testosterone level is 297. It is my understanding that the range for my age is supposed to be 365 - 890. I have been experiencing decreasing libido over the past 15 years. My wife is fed up with it. Was this comment helpful?Yes

My most troubling symptom was fatigue. Despite continuing to exercise on a regular basis, I also noted a distinct loss of both muscular strength and endurance. Although there was no erectile dysfunction, there was a loss of interest in sex. Despite a good diet and an active life style including regular resistance and weight bearing exercise also developed osteopenia. Was this comment helpful?Yes

Age 47, extremely low sex drive, bone loss, joint pain and heart attack. Finally my new doctor did the test and discovered my testosterone was low. Due to liver problems I will not start therapy until it is okayed by my GI doctor who is treating my liver disease. This hormone is metabolized by the liver. No Dr. okay no treatment. It is ruining my life and has been doing so for years. I am hoping I can start the treatment as soon as possible. It sounds like it has helped a lot of men.
