DRUG INTERACTIONS: Before taking this drug, tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription drugs you are taking, especially: other antibiotics, warfarin, cyclosporine, quinapril, didanosine, vitamins/minerals (e.g., magnesium, aluminum, iron, zinc), antacids, sucralfate, bismuth subsalicylate. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly.

NOTES: This medication has been prescribed for your current condition only. Do not use it later for another infection or give it to someone else. A different medication may be needed in those cases.

MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the scheduled dose only, then resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. Do not store in the bathroom.
