OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly.

NOTES: Do not share this medication with others.

MISSED DOSE: Try to use each dose as scheduled. If you miss a dose, consult your health care provider to establish a new dosing schedule. As with most medications, do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

STORAGE: This medication is prepared just prior to use. Vials are stored in the refrigerator. After reconstituting, discard any unused portion. Discard vial if particles or discoloration are present. Do not use after expiration date on the vial.
