What was your treatment for hyperthyroidism?

Comment from: Rebi, 45-54 Female (Patient) Published: May 04

Where do I begin? I have hair loss, sweating all day, rapid heartbeat. No sleep, never sleep, nervous legs and arms, palms are sweaty, joints swell, no sleep at all I can go days without sleep even if I take a sleeping pill. Nervous - restless arms and legs during the night. No strength or energy, period stopped, depression, confusion, low concentration, double vision, rash on arms and leg (ringworm like) anxiety and trouble breathing. No motivation. Just started taking Trapzole my 1st day. Cannot wait for it to kick in!!

My hyperthyroidism was diagnosed as Grave's Disease. Treatment is tapazole, which is a tough drug for my body to assimilate.
