HOW TO USE: Follow all instructions for the proper mixing and dilution with correct IV fluids. Consult your pharmacist. A skin test is recommended before the first dose to test for sensitivity to this medication. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for details. Give this medication by injection directly under the skin (subcutaneously) or into a muscle (IM), or as directed by the doctor. This medication should not be given into the vein (IV).
