guaifenesin & guaifenesin w/pseudoephedrine kit (cont.)
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription medications you may use, especially: beta-blockers (e.g., metoprolol, propranolol), digoxin, stimulant medications (e.g., dextroamphetamine, methylphenidate), certain other high blood pressure medicine (e.g., guanethidine, methyldopa, reserpine), cough-and-cold products, certain drugs used for depression (e.g., tricyclic antidepressants). Do not use this medication if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, selegiline) within the last 14 days. The guaifenesin in this product may interfere with certain laboratory tests (e.g., uric acid). Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly. Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea and vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, seizures, or mental confusion.
NOTES: Do not share this product with others.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep out of the reach of children.
