OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
NOTES: If using this medication for more than 5 to 7 days, your hearing should be checked by your doctor. Continued testing may also be needed if your treatment continues. Throw away any unused part of your prescription. Do not save it to use for another infection. Do not allow anyone else to use this medication. The infection may spread to another person if you accidentally contaminate the medication.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store in a cool place away from heat. Do not store in the bathroom. Do not freeze.
