Patient Comments: Genetic Disease - Symptoms

What were the symptoms of a genetic disease in you or a relative?

Comment from: nithi, 7-12 Male (Caregiver) Published: February 18

My kid's skin is soft and dry and hence easily prone to bleeding even for a scratch. He has no sweat and no tears, has only 4 teeth in the upper jaw and 4 in the lower jaw. There is bleeding in the right nostril when the environment temperature is very hot or when the kid catches cold. He has less hair in the head and eyebrows and no hair in any of the other parts of the body. He is unable to consume hot and spicy food.
