PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: kidney or liver disease, heart disease, blood or blood vessel disease, brain disorders, other psychiatric disorders, Parkinson's disease, pheochromocytoma, seizure disorder, glaucoma, any allergies. Because this medication may cause drowsiness, use caution operating machinery or engaging in activities requiring alertness. It is recommended to avoid consumption of alcohol while taking this medication. This medication may make you more sensitive to the sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Wear protective clothing and use a sunscreen when outdoors. This medication can reduce sweating making you more susceptible to heat stroke. Avoid strenuous work or exercise in hot weather. This medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. This medication may be excreted into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
