DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly.

NOTES: Make sure needles, tubing, and supplies are stored safely and disposed of properly. The special tubing supplied for fat emulsion must never contain a filter. Do not use any bottle in which a separation of the emulsion has occurred. Check all expiration dates and keep all bags or bottles in proper sequence. Notify your doctor if you have allergies to eggs or soybean. Your nutritional status will be closely monitored. Based on this your formula may need to be changed to accommodate your nutritional needs.

MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and contact your doctor to establish a new dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

STORAGE: Store unopened containers at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. Mixed fat emulsions should be refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.
