MISSED DOSE: It is important to receive this drug exactly as prescribed. However, if you miss a dose, contact your doctor or pharmacist immediately to establish a new dosing schedule. If the dose is interrupted, contact your doctor or pharmacist immediately to establish new dosing.

STORAGE: Store vials in a refrigerator between 36 and 46 degrees F (2 to 8 degrees C) away from light and moisture. Brief storage at room temperature (77 degrees F or 25 degrees C) is permitted. Do not freeze. Consult your pharmacist for details regarding the stability of the drug after mixing with correct IV fluids. Discard any unused fluid.
