PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: liver disease, kidney disease, breast cancer, blood disorders, gallbladder disease, diabetes, seizure disorder, drug dependency, depression, any allergies. Depending on strength, this drug may cause a patchy, darkening of the skin on the face (melasma). Higher strengths are more likely to cause melasma. Sunlight may intensify this darkening and you may need to avoid prolonged sun exposure and sunlamps. Consult your doctor regarding use of sunscreens and protective clothing. Smoking may increase the risk of side effects of this medication. Be sure your doctor knows if you smoke. Discuss the risks. Since this medication may cause drowsiness, dizziness or blurred vision, use caution operating machinery and limit intake of alcoholic beverages. This medication should not be used during pregnancy. If you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant, inform your doctor immediately. The meprobamate in this combination medicine is excreted into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take especially of: sedatives, sleeping agents, narcotic pain relievers, blood thinners, medication for depression, steroids, dantrolene, thyroid drugs. This product can affect the results of certain lab tests. Make sure laboratory personnel and your doctors know you use this drug. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly.

MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. Do not store in the bathroom.
