Patient Comments: Diabetes Home Care Management - Exercise

What types of exercise do you engage in to manage diabetes?

Comment from: mstrpapa44, 55-64 Male (Patient) Published: December 30

I walk 1/2 mile twice daily; I had knee replaced in January 2012 and am doing well with it. My blood sugars range 65-365. I live with my mother, she is 72 years old and has chronic pain all over her body. We do low impact exercise together daily. I shop from grocery list and try to plan meals daily with the help of personal assistant.
