Patient Comments: Diabetes Home Care Management - Diet

What type of diet to you follow to manage your diabetes?

Comment from: mstrpapa44, 55-64 Male (Patient) Published: December 30

I follow the following diet: Chicken, turkey, pork or beef - baked-boiled or pressure cooked; 3oz weekly salads – lettuce, green peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, red peppers and zucchini; green beans and black beans pressure cooked. I eat two salads a day, have omelet with sausage (turkey) and whole wheat toast.
