MISSED DOSE: For the best possible benefit, it is important to receive each scheduled dose of this medication as directed. If you miss a dose, contact your doctor immediately to establish a new dosing schedule.

STORAGE: Store frozen at or below 14 degrees F (-10 degrees C).Before preparing, thaw the medication in the refrigerator between 36-46 degrees F (2-8 degrees C) for up to 24 hours or at room temperature (up to 77 degrees F or 25 degrees C) for 1 to 2 hours. Do not heat or re-freeze the medication. Use each vial only once. Discard any unused portion. After diluting, use or discard the medication within 6 hours. Keep all medicines away from children and pets.Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so. Properly discard this product when it is expired or no longer needed.
