GENERIC NAME: CODEINE/CHLORZOXAZONE/APAP - ORAL (KO-deen/klor-ZOX-uh-zone/APAP)Medication Uses | How To Use | Side Effects | Precautions | Drug Interactions | Overdose | Notes | Missed Dose | Storage USES: This medication is a skeletal muscle relaxant and pain reliever used to treat acute painful musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. HOW TO USE: Take this medication by mouth as directed. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this medication exactly as directed. Do not increase the dose, take it more often or continue taking this for longer than prescribed. Never take more than 8 tablets in a 24 hour period. Long-term or excessive use may lead to dependence. This medication contains acetaminophen. Do not take more acetaminophen than recommended (see Side Effects section).
