Was angina the reason for your chest pain ? Please share your experience.

Comment from: Kris, 55-64 Male (Patient) Published: September 13

Gp diagnosed pulled muscle, but on investigation from cardiac department at hospital, it was found to be stable angina. Angiogram and angioplasty were performed and medication was prescribed for the angina. Everything settled down until 1 year later when I had further angina attacks, so the above was repeated. A further year later, it happened again and I am now awaiting another angiogram/angioplasty for next week. I used to smoke 18 months ago, but on very strong advice from my consultant to stop, I immediately took his advice!
