My finger has been swollen for 5 days and the middle joint is swollen and hurts. I think I might have broken it.

I fell up a step at the movies, it was pitch dark. I had my finger x-rayed 6 weeks later and was told I had a fracture. Two months on from the fall my finger is still swollen and sore.

I hurt my pinky finger yesterday when I tried to keep a crock pot from falling. It is very swollen, with bluish color on each side of my hand. I think it will be okay, but wonder if I will have problems later.

A dodgeball hit the top of my finger and hurts really bad. I can move it but there is no bruising.
