NOTES: Do not share this medication with others. Laboratory and/or medical tests (e.g., complete blood counts, platelets) should be performed periodically to monitor your progress or check for side effects. Consult your doctor for more details.

MISSED DOSE: It is important to use each dose at the scheduled time. If you miss a dose, contact your doctor to establish a new dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

STORAGE: Store unopened vials at room temperature (77 degrees F or 25 degrees C). Store vials in original package to protect from light. Brief storage between 59 to 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) is permitted. Once mixed, use the solution within 8 hours. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep all medicines away from children and pets.
