Because of benign prostatic hyperplasia, I had a slow stream sometimes almost none, weak stream, getting up several times at night, frequency and urgency to go, and tightness in groin area between legs. I was put on 1mg of Cardura at night and had immediate relief. I am experiencing some side effects such as insomnia and have gotten dizzy a few times uopn standing up too quickly but the dizziness has pretty subsided to 0 over the first few days of treatment. I am going to try and take it at lunch to help with the insomnia.
