AZITHROMYCIN-INJECTION (cont.)

OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

NOTES: Do not share this medication with others. Laboratory and/or medical tests may be performed to monitor for side effects and response to treatment.

MISSED DOSE: If the dose is missed, contact your doctor immediately to establish a new dosing schedule.

STORAGE: Store vial at or below 86 degrees F (30 degrees C) away from light and moisture. After mixing and dilution in IV fluids (consult your pharmacist for details), this product is stable at or below 86 degrees F (30 degrees C) for 24 hours or for 7 days when stored in the refrigerator at 41 degrees F (5 degrees C). Discard any unused liquid.
