Patient Comments: Arthritis - Diet and Fish Oil

Do you follow a special diet for arthritis? Does it involve fish oils? Please discuss your diet.

I avoid all fast food, dairy, and processed foods. I do eat salmon once a week. The omega 3s in fish help fight inflammation. I also take a liquid glucosamine supplement called Synflex, which also has omega 3s.
