OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly. Symptoms of overdose may include excessive bleeding and bruising.

NOTES: Laboratory tests will be done periodically while taking this medication to monitor its effects and to prevent side effects.

MISSED DOSE: Use each dose at the scheduled time. If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near the time for the next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.

STORAGE: Store this medication at controlled room temperature 59 to 77 degrees F (15 to 25 degrees C). Do not freeze.
