GENERIC NAME: ANTIFUNGALS - VAGINAL (PREFILL SYRINGE)Medication Uses | How To Use | Side Effects | Precautions | Drug Interactions | Overdose | Notes | Missed Dose | Storage USES: This medication is used to treat vaginal fungal infections. HOW TO USE: Follow the instructions provided with the medication. Insert the applicator as directed and push the plunger to release the medication. Discard the applicator after using. Use a sanitary napkin to prevent clothing stains. Do not use a tampon since it will absorb the drug. Do not douche without consulting your doctor. Continue to use the medication as prescribed for the full time prescribed. If you get your menstrual period, continue treatment. SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause burning, stinging or itching of the skin or vagina. If these symptoms persist or get worse, contact your doctor. If you experience any of the following effects, stop using this medication and contact your doctor: stomach cramps, skin rash, hives, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
