Patient Comments: Hot Flashes of Menopause - Alternative Treatments

Did you receive an alternative treatment for your lymphocytic colitis? If so, what was it?

Comment from: Helpful, 55-64 Female (Patient) Published: May 10

I have lymphocytic colitis and I have found that besides taking the regular medicine, I also take two teaspoons of Metamucil every morning. Trust me – it really helps. I now am able to have a normal life and am not running back and forth all of the time.
